Right now...we live; Haiku

under same sky
simultaneously breath
you and me

swallows gathers
on telephone string
listen to conversation of blind people

Crows and seagull
discuss latest news
from the buzzing waves

no roses
roe-deer happily guilty
empty garden

no dream can catch
two dancing butterflies,
love

Memories from 2-20-9. Mita Minato-ku. Tokyo

Green shadows
old Lady write haiku in the tiny house
distant sound from Koto

Fujieda Teruo

I dont know if there is a house today in 2-20-9, mita, minato-ku, Tokyo
but my soul is still in remembrance of a good friend, which I will always remember.
I can still hear the distant voice, and koto music.

Why HAIKU by Roy Lindquist

WHY HAIKU ?

Life is like
footsteps in wet snow
gone tomorrow

There is so much beauty in this world, and most of the most observation we do, is small tiny pictures of a second who is like a shooting star and can only be catched in a poem like Haiku.

I feel I am like a Koi ( Japanese goldfish) swimming in a small pond alone, and my only company is the sky above the surface of the water...more like a lonely poet.

I fall in love of Haiku by a New Year card from my friend in Japan who wrote in Kanji shodo some years ago.

Haiku words is dancing elegant on the paper in the most beautiful writing that gives words the dobble artistic feeling, first for the eye and then for the ear, and at last for the mind ( read; heart)
