Haiku 22nd agust 2009


Haiku road hill
rocks
acing feet's

eastern wind
whisper
Koi upstream

bird call
forest green
empty basket

notepaper
no ink
no word


The Haiku road can be difficult uphill, stony and rocky towards the plain in the open landscape. I often need a cane to support me. My friend Hiruta Hidenori in Akita International Haiku Network, has been a great help and inspiration towards my writing. many thanks to him!
