Katakoto and Dôshin - Haiku by Roy

sophisticated words
in abstract dance
float ahead into the sky

innocent child
play with words
so easy that even an adult smile

words create pictures
man remember in pictures
and the words dies

I have learned that man thinks in pictures, explain in words to replica his own thought to another individual, who then again store an image in his own photo library. When more defuse the messages are, then the picture can change totally and become quit different than from the original.
I agree some think this is the art of the intellectuals, the high class art for the "upper circle" of artists and public!
There is a saying in the bible: "If you don't become like a child, you will not enter into the heaven"....
I have worked for many years with children and adults in preaching the Gospel in Sunday school and Churches and learned that if you speak to an audience as to a child, everyone will understand. But if you try to be very intellectually and very sophisticated, trying to overcome another intellectual preacher and his speech, you end up in the sky and over the head of the listener. Making pictures gets more complicated.
Which poem and which speeches do you remember most? That's the one you have the clearest picture to store in your mind.
